덩굴개별꽃[석죽과 개별꽃속]

제주도를 제외한 전국의 숲 속 응달에 자라는 여러해살이풀로, 줄기는 연하고 흰색털이 나며

다 자라면 50cm에 이른다.

이 종은 꽃이 핀 다음 줄기가 길게 뻗어 덩굴지며 끝이 땅에 닿으면 뿌리를 내리기 때문에 덩굴새별꽃이라 부른다.

꽃은 4~6월에 줄기 위쪽 겨드랑이에 1개씩 달리며, 흰색이다.

 

꽃대와 꽃받침에 흰털이 있다.

뿌리는 각진 짧은 방추형이다
