콩다닥냉이[십자화과 다닥냉이속]

다닥냉이속 냉이는 잎을 따서 씹으면 매운맛이 나기 때문에 어릴 때 매운 냉이라고 부르던 녀석이다.

북아메리카 원산이며 겨울을 로젯형태로 나는 두해살이풀로 키는 20~40cm 정도이고 위쪽에서 가지가 갈라진다.

잎은 도피침형으로 털이 없고 가장자리에 불규칙한 톱니가 있다.

꽃은 5~7월에 흰색으로 피고 열매는 7월에 붉은색으로 둥글게 익는다.
