재쑥[심자화과 재쑥속]

귀화식물답게 한 번 자리 잡으면 주변을 완전히 점령해 버리는 한 해 살이풀로, 산자락, 길가, 밭 등에 자란다.

키는 20~80cm 정도 이고, 위쪽에서 가지가 갈라지고 전체에 회색 털이 빽빽하게 난다.

잎은 2~3회 깃꼴로 가늘게 갈라지고, 꽃은 3~5월에 노란색으로 핀다.

씨를 겨자 대용으로 사용하기도 하며 약재로 재배한다
