물냉이[십자화과 물냉이속]

유럽 원산의 수생식물로 하천변이나 논둑 등에 자라는 여러해살이풀이다.

줄기는 물에 잠기거나 일부가 물 밖으로 나오며 30~90cm 정도로 자란다. 꽃은 5~7월에 흰색으로 핀다.
