냉이[십자화과]

봄나물의 대명사 냉이는 양지쪽에서 자라는 2년생 풀이다

노지에서 월동 할 정도로 생명력이 강하여 척발한 땅에서도 잘 자라며 단맛이 있고 향기도 좋아

봄나물로 인기가 아주 좋다

냉이에는 영양도 풍부하여 칼슘, 인, 철, 칼륨과 비타민 A, B1, B2, C가 풍부하게 들어 있어

봄철에 기운을 돋우는데도 냉이만 하게 없다고 한다
