병아리방동사니 [사초과 방동사니속]

논밭이나 습지에 자라는 한해살이풀로 줄기가 모여나며 5~25cm이고 세모진다. 

꽃은 8~9월에 피는데 꽃싸개 잎이 꽃차례보다 길고 작은 이삭은 납작하며 연한 녹색이다
