나비나물 [콩과 나비나물속]

숲 가장자리와 햇빛이 잘 드는 숲 속에 자라는 여러해살이풀로 높이 30~100cm이다.

원줄기는 곧추서거나 약간 비스듬히 자라며 네모가 지고 덩굴손이 없다.  잎은 어긋나며 작은 잎이 한쌍을 이룬다.

턱잎은 갈라지고 톱니가 있다. 꽃은 8~9월에 홍자색의 나비 모양의 꽃이 핀다.
