까실쑥부쟁이[국화과 참취속]

식물체 전체에 빳빳한 털이 있어 까칠까칠하다 하여 붙여진 이름이다. 

산과 들에 흔하게 자라는 여러해살이풀로서 뿌리줄기가 뻗으며 번식한다.

줄기는 곧추서며 높이 80~120cm이고 위쪽에서 가지가 갈라진다.

잎은 타원상 피침형으로 끝이 뾰족하고 양면에 까칠한 털이 있으며 가장자리에

3~9쌍의 톱니가 있다. 꽃은 연한 보라색 또는 푸른 보라색이며 8~9월에 산방꽃차레에 달린다.
