털진달래[진달래과 진달래속]

강원도 지방에 5월 중순에 내린 폭설로 설악산의 꽃들이 상태가 좋지 않다.

털진달래도 피기도 전에 동해를 입어 예년처럼 고운 모습을 볼 수가 없어서 많이 

아쉬웠지만 좋은 날씨 덕분에 설악의 능선을 배경으로 담을 수 있었다.

기본종인 진댈래에 비해 고산지대에 자라며, 꽃이 작고,  어린 가지와 잎 양면,

잎자루 등에 털이 늦게 까지 남아있어 구분된다
