가는층층잔대[초롱꽃과 잔대속]

잔대와 달리 층층잔대는 선형의 꽃받침이 아주 짧고 톱니가 없는 점에서 구분하는데

형태적 변이가 심하여 많은 변종이 있다.

식물체 전체에 털이 많은 종류는 '털잔대', 잎이 선상피침형인 종류는 '가는층층잔대',

줄기가 모여나며 키가 60cm 미만인 종류는 '좀층층잔대'로 구분하여 부른다
