정금나무[진달래과 산앵도속]

종처럼 생긴 꽃이 올망졸망 달려 있는 모습이 참 고은데.

전부 밑을 향하고 있어 담기가 쉽지 않다.

2~3m 정도로 자라는 작은키 나무로, 꽃은 5~6월에 햇가지 끝에

5~15개씩 아래로 처져서 달린다

열매는 9~10월에 흑자색으로 익는데 먹을 수 있지만 신맛이 강하다
