꼬리풀[현삼과 꼬리풀속]

○○ 꼬리풀이 아닌 원조 꼬리풀이다.

줄기는 곧추서고 80cm 정도 자라며,  줄기가 갈라지지 않는다.

잎은 좁은 난형 또는 좁은 타원형이고 밑이 좁아져서 잎자루처럼 되며 가장자리에 둔한 톱니가 있다.

꽃은 8~10월에 연한 보라색으로 핀다.
