왕둥굴레[백합과 둥굴레속]

울릉도에 만 분포하며 전체가 크고 줄기에 능선이 없는 특징으로 구별된다

뿌리줄기가 옆으로 뻗으며 매우 굵게 자라는데 줄기는 위쪽으로 비스듬히 자란다

꽃은 5월에 잎겨드랑에서 난 꽃대에 2~3개가 달리며 녹색이 도는 흰색이다
