해발고도 300~1100의 앙지 바르고 배수가 잘되는 사면에 산다

경기 북부, 강원도, 충북, 전북의 일부지역에 소수 집단만이

남아있는 멸동위기 '야생식물 1급' 식물이다

무분별한 채취와 낮은 결실률로 인해 개체 수가 줄어들고 있다
