방울고랭이[사초과 고랭이속]

산기슭의 습지에서 자라는 여러해살이풀로서 키가 1~1.5m 이다.

꽃줄기에 달려 있는 잎은 평평하며 길이가 20~30cm 이고 잎집은 줄기를 헐겁게 둘러 싼다.

분화서는 1~4개로 끝에 달린 것은 크며 수차 갈라지고 옆에 달린 것은 작다.
