구릿대[미나리과 당귀속]

산지의 냇가 근처나 습기가 많은 곳에 자라며, 줄기는 곧추서고 가지가 갈라진다.

뿌리는 굵고 냄새가 나며, 키는 1~2.5m, 지름 7~8cm로 속이 비어 있다.

잎은 어긋나며 아래쪽잎은 2~3번 갈라지는 3츨 깃꼴 겹잎으로 밑이 부풀어서 줄기를 감싼다.

꽃은 7~8월에 흰색으로 피는데 겹산형 화서에 많은 꽃이 달린다.
